
PASTA, PASSION AND PISTOLS
The succulent aroma of home cooked pasta is drifting from New York City's
most popular Italian eatery, La Speranza, but something else is heating up
in the kitchen... cold blooded murder! Restauranteur, Pepi Roni, had been
shot in the back with his own pistol. His family and friends gather to pay
their respects but one of the guests won't be shedding any tears.
THE LAST TRAIN FROM PARIS
It is June 1940 aboard a train leaving Paris. The German troops are about
to enter Paris. The roads south are a hopeless snarl; the trains are fully
booked. To remain in the city and be brutalised by the Nazis would not be
a pleasant thing. An anonymous letter arrives offering passage to safety aboard
a government train. Soon murder is discovered and the passengers are all under
suspicion.
THE WATERSDOWN AFFAIR
It is January 1936 at an English country mansion. Sir Roger Watersdown, the
wealthy owner of Watersdown Beverages Ltd, has invited several “friends”
to a weekend party at Watersdown Mansion in the countryside. Soon murder is
discovered and the guests must decide who amongst them has committed the crime.
ARCHAEOLOGICALLY SPEAKINGK, IT’S THE PITS
It is June 1895 at the site of an archaeological dig. Arthur (Art) E. Faxe,
the eccentric Englishman, has invited guests to participate in a “dig”
at a site in ancient Mesopotamia. Almost immediately, rumours circulate of
an important archaeological “find”, but the excitement gives way
to dismay when murder is unearthed and one of the guest is deemed to be the
guilty party.
THE CLASS OF ‘54
It is August 1959 in a small town in the USA. The 5th reunion of the local
high school class of 1954 has enticed one of its graduates, the now famous
rock’n’roll star, Rockford “Rock” N. Roley to attend.
A group of his old friends meet to talk about old times when the recollection
of a high school prank leads to the discovery of murder. The friends must
decide who is the culprit.
HOO HUNG WOO
It is 8th Century China at the Festival of the Autumn Moon. Guests have been
invited to Hoo House, an elegant Chinese mansion on Hoo-Hung-Woo Island and
the summer home of the Hoo family. Everyone is gathered in the Grand Hall,
but soon the celebration turns sour when murder is discovered and the guest
must decide who amongst him or her has committed the crime.
POWAR AND GREEDE
It is September 1936 at the famous Powar Oriental Gardens Theatre in Hollywood.
Guests are gathered for the gala premiere of Powar Film Studio’s newest
release, Powar And Greede. A small private party is arranged for the cast
and Hollywood’s elite mill about in anticipation, but excitement turns
to horror when murder is discovered and each guest becomes a suspect.
DUKE’S DESCENT
It is June 1931 at an English country estate. Lord Drafton Aires, 13th Duke
of Airesborne, has invited potential successors of the Aires family line to
visit the family seat so that the next heir can be established. But soon murder
is discovered and the guests must decide who tried to eliminate the competition.
THE CHICAGO CAPER
It is September 1920 in Chicago, Illinois. The notorious gangster, Harold
“Hal” Coppone has been released from prison and his return to
Chicago is expected to trigger a wave of violence across the city. However,
Coppone has disappeared mystifying the police and underworld alike. Murder
is discovered and the crime lord’s whereabouts become only part of the
mystery.
ROMAN RUINS
Ides of April, year 68 AD in Ancient Rome. Guests are invited to a banquet
for the premiere recitation of a Roman epic of a renowned poet. The guests
are those who have been named in his historical work. But when the guest arrives,
there is the discovery of a murder in the garden and a priceless statue is
missing.
THE WALL STREET SCANDAL
It is Tuesday, 20th October 1987 in New York City. Yesterday, the turmoil
of “Black Monday” gripped Wall Street as the stock market plunged.
Mega-rich financier, Jon K. Bonds, has called his closest investment associates
to an urgent meeting at his penthouse suite. The outlook is bleak and gets
worse when murder is discovered and the participants come under suspicion.

It is July 1881 in the town of Roadkill, Wyoming Territory. At the request
of Judge Waylon Payne, guests have been invited to the public hanging of “The
Malevolent Seven”, a gang of villainous scum. But before the “festivities”
begin, a murder is discovered and the culprit must be determined.

It is July 1969 in the USA. Those who happen to be amongst the tuned-in, turned-on
crowd have been invited on a cross-country road trip to Beefstock with one
of the hippest rock singers of all time. There is an explosion and the psychedelic
bus turns to dust. But there was someone on board and those present must decide
who amongst them has committed the crime.
STAR TREK; THE NEXT GENERATION
It is stardate 47729.75 aboard the starship U.S.S. Enterprise. The members
of an Enterprise Away Team have returned from the remote planet Delphi 4 with
a remarkable discovery, the legendary “Orb Of Knowledge”. At a
celebration banquet, excitement turns to dismay when the Orb is stolen and
the Away Team must decide who amongst them is the criminal.
SATURDAY NIGHT CLEAVER
It is Disco Time in Flunkytown. The dance floor is packed and the disco ball
is spinning. Suddenly the power goes out. In less than 20 seconds, the emergency
lights come on and there is a body lying in the middle of the dance floor.
The police arrive and hold eight of the disco-goers for questioning, one of
whom is the murderer.
AN AFFAIR TO DISMEMBER
It is Halloween. The buffet at Castle Von Morgue is about to commence. The
host, Neville Aster-Night is nowhere to be seen. As the guests gather in the
mourning room, the head servant apprises everyone of her master’s murder.
